The importance of complying with the medication time

It is very important to take the medicines correctly if we want to obtain the benefit that they offer us for our health. Treatments require regularity in taking each dose.

If we take a medication early, when the body has not yet processed the previous dose, adverse reactions may appear, even fatal.

GALA, in addition to being an excellent ally when it comes to programming, organizing and managing access to your pills, also has other sensors to measure the quality of the environment and accessibility that facilitate its use.

  • Connect it to your WIFI to be able to control it from a PC, Smartphone or Tablet. It even has the possibility of connecting it to the internet and viewing it remotely* (Remote connectivity may have costs - consult).

  • It has a temperature and relative humidity meter. Both very important data for our health and comfort.

  • A healthy environment must have the right amount of light for each situation. With GALA you can know if the brightness is adequate, and take action accordingly.

  • The access door to the pills will only allow opening at the time configured by the user.

  • It has a 2.4" screen, where you can view messages, temperature, humidity, time, general status and the options menu, among other things.

  • It has 14 independent lockers. From the configuration menu, you can make the configuration that best suits your needs. From 1 to 4 daily doses, choosing the schedule of each one with its description.

  • With the buttons you can navigate through the options menu, silence the alarm, even open and close the access door to the pills, etc.

  • In addition to seeing the message on the GALA screen and/or on the PC/cell phone, you also have audible alarms to let you know that it's time to take your medication. You can activate or deactivate it.

  • It is powered by a source like the ones used by cell phones, or you can connect a portable power bank type battery to it and thus be able to transport it easily.

  • Ideal if you have a person in your care, since you can remotely check how the environment is, whether or not he took the pills, have automatic alerts, etc. Some of these functions have an extra cost. GALA also allows you to integrate it with some free third-party services.

How does it work?

It has 14 independent lockers. Internally it has two motors, one to rotate the plate that contains the lockers and the other to open and close the access hatch. From your PC, cell phone or tablet, using the WIFI connection, you can configure when and for how long access to each locker is enabled. You can also configure sound and remote alerts for different events, for example a dose schedule, or high room temperature, etc. It has the possibility of receiving alerts on your WhatsApp.
